Please note: All temporary accounts and passwords are valid for only 30 minutes. Please complete these steps quickly to avoid expiration. We do not provide refunds or replacements for any orders, as these temporary accounts are verified to be 100% working.
1) Factory Reset: Perform a full hard reset on the phone.
2) Connect to Wi-Fi: Connect the device to a stable Wi-Fi network.
3) Initial Setup: Sign in using a temporary account and password to complete the initial setup process.
4) Register & Sign In: Once the phone is unlocked and at the home screen, register a new Infinix/Tecno ID and sign in.
5) Reset Again: Perform another hard reset on the phone.
5) Activate: Finally, complete the setup process by activating the phone using the same Infinix/Tecno ID you registered in step 4.
Important Warning: Please follow these steps carefully and within the time limit. If you skip any of these steps, devices with a "Lost" status may Relock. It is mandatory to complete this process to ensure the device remains fully functional.
