Important Notes Regarding Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within 24hours, with a maximum limit of 48 hours.

Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund(supplier policy).

If the IMEI was changed, the request will not be rejected.

Ensure the IMEI on the back of the device exactly matches the IMEI submitted in the system.
Video Requirements (Mandatory)
The refund request video must clearly show all of the following:

Show the current date and time by opening Google and searching:
“MY TIME NOW”, then press Enter. -
Record the result showing the current date and time.

Clearly show the IMEI on the back of the device in the video.

Complete and record all required steps, including device activation, within the same video.
